St. Michael and All Angels is the Loddiswell Parish Church. We were welcomed by the organist, who talked briefly about the organ and allowed our members to play. We had previously visited this church on 23rd. November 2002
The organ was built by H. P. Dicker of Exeter in 1866, and later rebuilt by Hele & Co. of Plymouth. It has two manuals and pedals and a ratchet swell lever, with 6 speaking stops and a tremulant on the Swell, 9 speaking stops on the Great and two on the Pedal organ, together with the usual couplers.
